Only delivered one out of three items - then said two items were lost and they would resend - then said they only had one of the remaining item in stock and would refund the other - then they couldn’t refund unless I closed case - I told them to refund both - they under paid the refund by £15.

The steps arrived in time as promised but were slightly smaller than expected (I should have checked the measurements more closely). Quality of materials was good. I took the size issue up with the seller and there was no problem in arranging an exchange. Communications with the seller were polite and professional. I would but from them again.
