  Order arrived on time in good sturdy carboard box's. Quality seller of quality products. Postal damage happened in transit by the postal services. This was not down to the seller. One box was badly damaged causing damage to the products inside. After contacting the seller with some photo's of the damage. He apologised for any inconvenience caused to me and sent me a replacement out. I am overwhelmed by the kindness of this seller for his prompt reply & action in resolving this problem. HJ.

  Many thank you’s, tiles & boxes rcvd today. Some sellers say Royal Mail then use courier.Have to stay in for days waiting then find thrown over gate(happened today but postman rescued & delivered parcel tho not mine).Good karma, thank you again x Royal Mail has access to flats.
