    The seller quickly provided pictures of each plate when requested and the condition of each was just as described. The shipping was amazingly quick! I have never had a seller ship so quickly! One plate arrived broken and the seller refunded me within an hour of sending the picture. The plates were packed perfectly so it definitely was mishandling by UPS. Fantastic seller!

    Seller accepted my offer which made this more affordable to me. My offer was basically the price minus shipping, so shipping was a good value. Securely packaged. Not quite as described. Condition says open box but nothing about being used. It does appear used. It has water spots on the glass and the filter is not totally new or clean looking. I have had one of these brand new so I know what an unused one looks like. Great seller. Thanks!
