  Item arrived damaged, contacted seller and received apology and reimbursement of partial cost (hose was fine but the funnel had split, so not easily usable). Better packaging would have helped prevent this damage, though as I couldn't find the missing piece within the bag, I suspect it left the factory in this condition.
