Smooth transaction, no issues. A+ eBay seller. Finally had a chance to install this. Having the entire assembly is a plus, good to have a spare. I bought another DCM-560 from another seller, that was a new open box, never used. But these audiophile-grade players, are well-built, and worth fixing, if possible. I suspected the laser was dead. And indeed, after switching out the assemblies, my other one is now working great.
