Item is excellent for the price….but service is rubbish. I received a message from Royal Mail to say unable to deliver due to lack of address details…so I notified the sender.
Instead of sorting this out for THE CUSTOMER, they told me to contact eBay……WHY…??
Then, I get a message saying “item was out for delivery”, And given a delivery time slot.??
WHEN THE PARCEL WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED (within given time slot), THE ADDRESS WAS PERFECTLY ADDRESSED…..BUT THE BOX WAS WET… what next…??
