    Ordered this with 3 items, quickly dispatched. However, the courier dumped the box and didn’t bother to knock! When I found it I discovered why. Despite being a a very strong sturdy box, it had been smashed in with a large hole.as a result the lid had come off and half the food missing. I contacted the seller, even though it wasn’t their fault and had an immediate apology and full refund, you can’t say fairer than that ! Thank you!

    The Title was wrong, as this was for 21 mg and not 15 mg. The Item Specifics was wrong as the expiry date was 08/26 and not 2025. The Description was wrong as it stated 14 patches with the expiry date of 01/2026. So I actually received one pack of 7 patches, with expiry date of 08/26 with a Step 1 21 mg. The pack was sent 2nd class and not first class as advertised. I would have made this a Neutral but it meant waiting a whole week until I could do this.
