They sent email confirming they've shipped, but according to tracking; item shipped 5 DAYS LATE & arrived after 12 Days (that's 5 Days AFTER promised date). The later said I'd receive $15 Partial-Refund, but they LIED AGAIN — with 4 days going by; still NO $15 REFUND. Finally, they STOPPED RESPONDING to my messages. I am EXTREMELY thankful for ebay's EXCEPTIONAL support — in the end it was ebay's AMAZING rep who OFFERED refund.
