Supplier wants me to pay for return postage. I opted EBay’s guidance for returns. I wasted time and money getting to the post office, repackaging the item and only to be partially refunded because of missing Allen key (£3.40!) that I forgot to put in the package. Not a good seller!

The postage was way overpriced! £3.99 for a hollow plastic tube wrapped in a thin plastic posting bag, which equates to a very small packet that weighs next to nothing. I actually thought it was free postage! Must have gotten mixed up with another seller, and I blame myself for not looking properly. If it had registered with me I would not have bought because I hate when people do this to gain extra money. 😡
