I was a bit worried about this one, the package was bashed about and sagged dangerously when it was delivered but thankfully the coffee grinder inside was protected by the extra internal packaging and packing tape on the outside. I've noticed the quality of care from delivery companies seems to have gone down recently. All that said, the product itself looked in an as new condition and worked fine when I tested it, so 10/10 for the seller.
