  Item despatched quickly, safe delivery. Beautiful looking tree, i think much better looking from distance. Unfortunately a few of the bloosom flowers missing but seller and i sorted something out to compensate for this. Seller acted in a professional manner and communicated very well, responding to my queries. I do recommend this seller after all an honest mustake can't be helped. The price of item is reasonable and bottom is a good weight to keep the tree upright.

  First thing first...delivery late. When lifted once arrived, the package, I felt it was very light I thought hmm, strange as I bought heavy duty clothes rail... I have immediately contacted the seller to tell him it is not alright the advert for the item is a lie, sent him photos and keep on asking me to email videos to him (ebay doesn't allow this exchange) and I told him is not need to make a video, the pictures speak for it. I am going to report this seller. The worse seller I came across.
