  Lovely quality and packaged well and arrived in good condition with all the stool you needed, excellent value for money and looks just as described. Took me 3 hours to build it but I was alone . Had a bad experience with my delivery my package was dump in front of my door I emailed the seller had a prompt response.

  Something went wrong with the first delivery, it never arrived, but from the day I contacted the seller to chase my order they kept me constantly updated. They arranged for another order to be sent out and provided tracking information. They also sent messages about the progress of my order and this was very reassuring. I would recommend this seller because they swiftly and thoroughly dealt with a problem and I am very happy with the quality of the item now it has arrived.

  Received my item which was well packed. But on opening i found the two thumb screws that mount the heater to the stand missing. After several emails to the seller to find a solution to which i have had no response I am having to take the issue up with Ebay. I would not recommend this seller due to poor customer service.

  Excellent quality plant, I am so pleased with it, big shame about the delivery, the courier company is absolutely diabolical, no info available, no tracking available, they don't tell you when they are turning up at your door with your order, they just turn up and hope someone is home, disgraceful in my opinion.
