    trust this supplier 100%, to start with there was picking error, they sent me sonik pouch, and should have been scales, emailed them and they came straight back, informed me they would send scale, in which they did and for the delay they told me to keep the pouch, thank you very, if more suppliers where like this, world would be better place

    I had a problem with this order, bootfoot waders advertised as felt sole turned out to be rubber soled. I returned the waders and the full cost (and the postage) was refunded to me with no quibble. How was this a positive experience?? A mistake was made, but the seller did not try to argue, he/she did the right thing and refunded. Thank you, for a hassle free experience, sorry it didn't work out but i will be happy to buy from you again.
