    As described, recieved in a damaged carry case in the box pictured,will set up on bank tommorow to see if all the bits and pieces are there as no list of parts or screws etc seller doesn't bother with messages, just general ebay messages of sent and delivered bog standard lazy customer service . A replacement middy carry bag would be all I would ask for for buying this reasonably expensive item........

    Item exactly as described, speedy dispatch, and superb value. I do have an issue with the carrier who allegedly tried to 'deliver, but no-one home'. I tracked the item on the FedEx app so I knew it was on the way, and was home waiting for it. It didn't arrive until today. I contacted FedEx through their 'Interpeted' chat system, who couldn't tell me where my package was, or how to collect it. They rearranged delivery tho, and it arrived today. Maybe there should be feedback for couriers too!

    Forced to leave positive feedback,I wouldn't given the choice. No care taken at all with the packaging as per the pics. Absolutely mortified I will have to give this as a Xmas gift in this state. Asked for a replacement was told I couldn't have this but could have it collected and refunded. No good to me as the item is so hard to get hold of I would struggle to get another. Disgusted that an item would be sent out like this this was how the courier received it so it was sent out in this state
