    Arrived perfectly packaged and delivered quickly. However the item arrived is different to the one advertised. I did receive the micro cloths, but the Hob cleaner (2) that was sent is orange containers. If the one advertised was unavailable I would have much preferred being contacted by the seller and asked if this was acceptable, of which i was not contacted.

    I’m a repeat customer, I’ve bought filters from here before. They’re competitively priced and work fine. However, this seller is an Amazon seller and delivery is via the Amazon delivery service which is absolutely useless. The parcels get left somewhere near your house but never near your door. I found one delivery abandoned in a flowerbed and this latest delivery was just left on the roof of my car by the delivery driver. I won’t shop here again because delivery is pitifully poor.

    Super fast delivery, arrived in 2 days. The outer package was flattened and soft balls were outside the package and inside the envelope, but I don’t mind because the item arrived in perfect condition and fitted inside my mailbox. Great seller, recommended. The softballs are ideal to keep limescale away from the deposit of DeLonghi coffee machine. I am using softballs all the time and replace it every 3 months. Effective, although a bit pricey and a bit of limescale still builds up in deposit.

    As described, genuine Tassimo tablets with the box, just squashed flat for cheaper postage (which was free for me!) Tablets in undamaged condition. Better value than ordering from the Tassimo website, as saved on postage. I know they work as I’ve used them from this seller previously. Thank you for quick dispatch.
