    Seemed to take a while to get confirmation that it had been posted but once that happened it arrived really quickly. Beautiful bag, so well wrapped that nothing was going to damage it in transit. The bag was exactly as described, totally complete and came in its original packaging. Only minor issue was there is an odour on the inside of the bag. This is nothing to do with the seller and I’m not sure what caused it but I’ve had it airing for about a week now and the scent is barely there now

    Purchased a Tumi Racksack only to verify it was fake, a good fake but not a genuine product. Seller has refunded the purchase, but not postage costs incurred through customs. Grateful for the partial refund, but not the best experience and I would just be aware if you think you are receiving genuine products, not everything is as described!
