    This purchase started off with a good note! The ad did not specify that it came with keys so of course I emailed the seller for conformation. I got a reply in less than 10 minutes stating that it did which had to be some kind of response record. Also best price I could find anywhere by far! Item arrived in original box and is brand new as advertised!

    Seller did NOT have anything to do with this taking so long in the mail. It was the post office, the correct address was on it. Maybe they can’t read at the post office. They had “out for delivery “ a lot between Ola Ar and Havana Ar where it was supposed to go. They would send it back to Ola. I apologize to the person that sold me this. You did everything right.

    Never shipped the item because they raised the price $5. Tracking says it remains with them waiting for pick up. Tried blaming USPS for the problem. Abuses the Ebay refund policy, forcing buyers to open a case with Ebay to get their money back. Hope it was worth getting another scathing feedback report about their horrendous customer service. Read the many negative feedback reports about them doing this same thing repeatedly and, if you're smart, do not buy anything from Honey Bear Supply KY.
