Since I have never had a problem with the post office damaging an item before, or any type of return, I asked e-Bay for the proper return protocol. They advised me that you must open a return ticket with them, put it back in the box, and return it. That is how the return policy works. I am sorry that the item broke in shipping and for your inconvenience! My customer's satisfaction is my highest priority.
