    Item is broken , seller refuses refund without broken item shipped back. My time is valuable. Im not going thru that nonesense. Seller is more conserned with getting THEIR money back from shipper than with refunding me. Bad service. Now seller is ignoring me.

    As I kindly explained to you, I will gladly give you a full refund, including shipping. Since I have never had a problem with the post office damaging an item before, or any type of return, I asked e-Bay for the proper return protocol. They advised me that you must open a return ticket with them, put it back in the box, and return it. That is how the return policy works. I am sorry that the item broke in shipping and for your inconvenience! My customer's satisfaction is my highest priority.
