  The item was well packaged and no damage was sustained upon arrival. It was shipped from China and because of this I was late in gifting it. However, the seller was very polite and quick to respond when I enquired to the lead time of the delivery. Overall a pleasant experience - even if I did make the purchase because I believed the item was in the UK and then discovered it wasn’t.
