Box came in near perfect condition with minor dents, but that is to be expected from the long distance mailing and the doll is still in perfect condition. The item was well packaged and no damage was sustained upon arrival. It was shipped from China and because of this I was late in gifting it. However, the seller was very polite and quick to respond when I enquired to the lead time of the delivery. Overall a pleasant experience - even if I did make the purchase because I believed the item was in the UK and then discovered it wasn’t.
