They looked into it and replied really quickly with status. Was being delivered by Royal Mail unfortunately. My experience with Royal Mail (multiple times) is that they are slow and on a number of occasions, instead of knocking on my front door just post card through letterbox meaning I have to then go to sorting office to collect.
