I've noticed lately that many sellers with a best offer option will automatically deny any offer, or only accept an offer that knocks a few cents off and it really grinds my gears. Why have a best offer option if you're not willing to negotiate? I made an offer and the seller countered quickly with what I thought was a very reasonable discount from the listed price.
