The DVR come in the time as advertised, they show me how to set it up. There is no problem answering any questions I ask them. The DVR is just like new, there is no deference at all. Great picture for the price. A new one anywhere else would cost twice as much. Worth every penny. Highly recommended

Bien reçu, délais respecté par contre l'objet n'est pas emballé juste dans sa boîte d'origine avec un morceau de scotch marron standard comme fermeture, ouvrez et vérifier à la livraison. Aussi le son des sonneries à partir de la puissance 9 est inaudible.
