Welcome to Hoopers shop on eBay. We're a small family business based in Derry City Northern Ireland. Owned and run by Nigel & Martina Hooper since 2006, we care about what we do and more importantly care about offering a good value product & service to each and every customer. We are high street framers approved and tested by the Fine Art Trade Guild Of London. We offer quality framing and mount design with a small range of other bits & pieces.
