    I was a little unsure of the part I needed , I got positive feedback and communication from the seller which was brilliant, from placing the order I received it in 2 working days , securely packaged , it was listed as new and that’s what I got a new part at a good price too ….. I would definitely recommend using this seller to anybody, I myself will definitely be using again 10/10 all round

    Item arrived in new condition, however did not match photos (which included bin, battery and filter in all photos), and description does not say these are excluded, and only refers to "main body" as being provided, which one would presume is what is pictured. As long as you understand you're not getting those other parts, then probably a good seller - though the current listing is still misleading. However, after a bit of back and forth, the seller did refund me in full, which I can't fault.

    The item description clearly states that it is for the main body only and the title description clearly states MAIN BODY. As we discussed, the picture is to show you which model it is. You clearly didn't read the detailed description and thought you could buy a brand new, 100% genuine dyson hoover for £89.99.
