I'm very happy regarding both the service/price (62.5% of the £159.99 RRP), so well done, as you are now my go to 'saved seller' for my Dyson parts. For those interested, there was no extra packaging, just an 'Evri' label stuck to the original box which , being quite thin, was a little squashed though no apparent damage was sustained to the contents.

The reason this item was never sent out was because we were aboard and a family member fell ill and we had to stay more weeks than intended. We asked eBay to help as we couldn't access our account as we knew the time away was ending and didn't want customers to purchase anything as we couldn't fulfil orders. But they didn't help despite asking numerous times.
