However I was put into a situation where I had no choice but to look for an immediate replacement and so I asked for a refund which was accepted without argument. The correspondence between the seller and myself went without any problems and I was regularly updated. This seller's service is first class. Will use again if needed.

    Brilliant customer service had to contact seller as Ervi driver threw my item on the ground and it broke on delivery. After explaining all this to customer service they offered to replace for free and was sent out very quickly. Highly recommend hassle free will buy from again.

    As described, but Evri cannot understand a simple instruction house with black car parked on drive, delivered my parcel to a different road with the same door number. Great service from hoover shame they use Evri as their courier.
