Seller requested I return items at my expense with her promise to refund my shipping cost. Big mistake! She has not refunded me. Ebay cannot help resolve this issue since I, ignorantly, did not request a return shipping label. I was told by the seller to have more "grace" in my communications. This is the best I can do under the circumstances. My worst Ebay experience ever!
