  This is not the tumbler you will receive. You will get a naff plastic moulded dolphin looking thing instead. They tell you it's an upgrade, it isn't. Then they tell you that actually your mug was delivered to the wrong person and you received a different one in error. In short what they mean is that they don't and never did have the tumbler in the picture and were always going to send the plastic dolphin and simply hope you accept it. Did get a partial refund.
