Hortus Planta was bought to you in 2022. We operate from our nursery in West Sussex where all our plants are grown and from where everything we sell is dispatched. We are a small team. Our horticultural director has an impressive knowledge of plants gained over forty plus years of experience in propagation, production and customer service. Our team has 15 years of experience in online selling. We aim to use this combined expertise to bring you a desirable and interesting offer of quality plants and related products, with new items added annually.

    When it arrived, the leaves had fallen off. I spoke to the Seller, who said they would regrow. It's sitting in my utility room, and the leaves are sprouting again nicely. Really appreciate the Seller's assurance and time taken to explain. I'm very happy with the quality, and it was a really good value. If you're not happy, speak to the Seller before leaving feedback.     Plant food advertised with photograph and arrived looking nothing like advertised in the pictures. The unbranded bag it arrived in was split. The seller requested revised feedback stating that buyers are able to buy smaller quantities - yet I had purchased the largest bag which should have been as the photo used (shows full sized bag which I had purchased). As the plant feed was in totally different unbranded packaging I am unsure what it really is. I believe this is a fair and genuine concern
