  Absolutely gorgeous jewel box however came a little bit damaged… other than that it’s pretty. I’m still giving 5 🌟 I was thinking of giving neutral feedback only because that item could be packed with more protection from damage, but I changed my mind.   Delivery was 2 days earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The boots were in 2 plastic bags and wrapped tight, so no damage to the heels etc. They were totally as described and lovely quality, really very pleased with the purchase and definitely great value for money!   I won a bag in auction, and paid top money for it, which I was happy to do, as funds were going to a charity, unfortunately when the bag arrived, it was really not how described in listing, I felt awful requesting refund, but they accepted return, no quibbles, and refunded me promptly, so they are great eBay sellers, and will purchase further items from them in the future, thank you .

  Brand new doll as described, won on a bidding at £10, couldn't be happier! - I was even slightly gutted no one bidded against me so more money could have gone to the charity!   Sadly my purchase of this tape recorder arrived defective. It was totally dead and would not power up. Returned goods for refund as they were described as fully working. No evidence to suggest it was obviously damaged in transit albeit still possible; I suspect human error in putting this one out for sale, I e. poor quality control. Shopped here before without issues. Well packaged, reasonable postage. Poor communication both times. Poor value. Easy no quibble refund process.
