Scam Alert, Sellers Master image shows item in Branded Genuine Packaging, but they are sending out cheap after market product, these same after market options be purchased at half the price. Contact was made with seller and they replied acknowledging this a practise they comfortable with doing. I do not support unethical practises. See images below of advertised product vs supplied item.

Listing said it was in stock and available for local pickup, both of which turned out to be incorrect. Seller cancelled order citing "buyer requested cancellation" (also not true), upped price and then told me to reorder it with shipping as it was not available for local pick up. I contacted the seller about these issues and was given responses that didn't answer my questions, apologise or in any way attempt to correct or amend their mistakes. Very disappointing experience.

They tried to charge extra money. I ordered BRAND NEW CAKE DISPLAY FRIDGE, SQUARE SHAPE GLASS 1.2M FROST FREE ON WHEELS. After 1week they said to me they don't have any stock and pushed me to change to smaller one which 900mm long. They said the price difference is $250. 1 more week later when I can't cancel the order, they said to me they just want refund $100. I even don't know how they calculate. I complaint about that and they said delivery fee is changed $150 to $250.
