  This seller was great. You got the product out quickly, he communicated with me when there were delivery issues, not on his end, on mine. Was the only one who had Birkenstocks that were normal to wide. +, he stated it. Other sellers, you have to enlarge the photo to figure out whether they are narrow or not. Mostly they will be narrow because they buy them from Birkenstock when they are on last chance. This seller I didn't have to look. It was stated what they were. His service was outstanding.

  Ordered two tubes of socks and received one. After contacting the seller, they immediately sent the second tube which arrived very quickly. The first order shipped quickly but was delayed in Christmas mail and arrived very late, but that was no fault of the seller. Good communication with this seller. Nice product. Fast shipping.   They printed the label right away, but didn't drop it off until the following week. They told me the post office had it when I could clearly see they didn't. I asked for a refund as I would just pay a little more on Amazon. They said they had already shipped them so I couldn't have a refund. Again, they HAD NOT shipped them. Three days later they told me they dropped them off. Sketchy seller.

  We're sorry for the delay and appreciate you acknowledging that you received your item. That said, I personally packaged and dropped it off at the local USPS within the appropriate time. Unfortunately, the post office did not scan it promptly, which was out of our control. I understand how that can be frustrating, but calling us "sketchy" is unfair. We were transparent throughout and stand by how we handled the order.
