This seller was brilliant. My order was held up somewhere in Royal mail and I needed the brooch for a wedding on the 14th. I ordered it on the 29th September and by the 10th October it still hadn't come. I contacted the seller who explained the position and immediately sent me another one which arrived on the morning of the wedding. I was delighted so a huge thank you to a great seller.
