    Only a positive not neutral because seller did eventually accept return after repeated trying to get out of it. Delay from Evri not sellers fault, not sellers fault that Evri had opened the package either for some reason, however was poorly packaged without any padding, and seller countless times tried getting out of accepting the return. They immediately refunded though upon me tropping off at post office (kind of premature that but hey whatever).

    Big sellers doing that tho instantly refunding before even getting the returned item is ridiculous as it only gives buyers unreasonable expectations with private sellers.. Returned as defective without opening due to seller's policy is they pay either way regardless of return reason, and didn't want them to come back that I'd damaged it, when if it was damaged, was poor packaging at fault. Hope it did though upon return turn out to be fine. Again, not faulting seller for Evri here though
