This item arrived damaged (most likely in transit). I telephoned the company to report the damage and request a refund. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and arranged for the item to be picked up a few days later. Within an hour e-bay had informed me that a refund was on it's way. The product was of very high quality and it was such a pity that it had been damaged. The delivery was quick and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate in using this company again at a later date.
