  I've been buying on Ebay for over 20 years and in that time I have had many good sellers, soom not so good, but in all that time I have never had one as POOR as this company, they sell extractor fans and have absolutely no technical ability to support the products, this is the 4th fan I have ordere from them, all arrived with a broken speed controller, try to get it sorted with their non existent customer support is impossible, they have no idea of their responsibilities to support problems
