The seller knowingly swapped an essential component (soundbox) without letting me know. On top of that, the replaced soundbox arrived rusty and broken (customs did not open the box). Since the pictures are part of the description, this behaviour is wrong. I have contacted the seller, but Instead of the original part, I received flimsy excuses. An offered spare part (not original) was promised but was not shipped.

The seller was very helpful if they had not messaged me about my parcel being stuck in customs there is a very good chance I would have lost it. they did an amazing job packaging the item they used a good box and many lairs of foam with soft pads to fill in the leftover space. would 100% recommend this seller they are also very fast your parcel will be ready to go in the post office before you wake up headed your way.

Never received the item but this was in no way the fault of the sender. The local courier (Evri) was at fault here. The sender did all they could and went above and beyond to locate the item but basically the courier lost it. The sender sent the item quickly and was let down by my local courier. I would certainly buy from this sender again.
