    The item is beautiful and well packed and delivered extremely quickly. This is a FANTASTIC seller! There was a mistake made and I was sent the wrong item. I contacted the seller who responded virtually by return. I explained the error and the seller, politely offered me either a refund or to send the correct item. I chose the original item and there was only one left in stock. This was sent immediately and I have received it in under 48 hours. I was told to keep the wrongly sent item. 5 STARS!

    UNEXPECTED CHANGE OF DELIVERY COURIER Lovely cards as always...but it was VERY inconvenient as delivered by an Amazon Courier and not ROYAL MAIL as stated and it was an evening delivery! up to 9.pm they did keep us informed with numerous emails and texts regarding the delay in traffic etc. he had difficulty finding us then he came in and left without delivering the cards!! I think he was lost in the dark, I ran after him and retrieved them! Just sorry you've stopped using Royal Mail
