  Item exactly as advertised, very good, used condition with moderate wear. Seller accepted best offer so this was a great bargain. Another fine addition to my annual Christmas Village urban sprawl. Shipping was free but the only complaint I have, and it is not the seller's fault, but I paid for the item on December 16th, it did not ship until December 19th and finally arrived December 31st.
