This item was shipped very quickly and I received it in a matter of a couple of days. Unfortunately, it was broken when I received it. The seller did not quibble and automatically offered a full refund. They even very kindly processed it for me when I messed up the paperwork. Lovely seller would absolutely use again.

Ordered what was listed as an Original DELL Charger, but sadly received a 3rd party one, the only one offered a small part refund, then when I complained they offered 50% and told me returns is to much of a hassle, ive argued the point that now ive has to buy a charger else where, paid more, and had to give a client a discount for the wait. Let's see what happens. I won't be buying from here ever again. if they don't provide a full refund im taking it up with eBay

Today the Seller had messaged me after see seen my review saying he will only give a refund if I amend the review and leave 5 stars, the fact its taking serval days of going back and forth to try and come to a normal resolution. A simple returns and them sending me the correct item would have been acceptable, but instead they decided to try and blackmail me into changing the review in exchange for a refund. I will now be reporting the business to eBay
