  I ordered this item on the 8th December, when my item hadn't arrived by the 15th December, I contacted the seller. The seller replied immediately with a tracking number from Royal mail and raised an enquiry with them. I was refunded for the item right away by the seller, as Royal mail to deliver within 48hrs for the postage method used. The item eventually arrived on the 18th December. The seller gave excellent communication and customer service, the item is exactly as described.
