  The cups were exactly as described & I LOVE them! I had some issues the USPS delivery (they delivered to the wrong bldg in my complex), so a few days after tracking showed it as delivered, I reached out to see if the seller could see anything different. They were really great about telling me what they could see on their side & continued to check in to see if I had rec'd it yet. It took a week, but I DID find it!   Item was poorly packaged, was sent in a bubble mailer and the card and plastic cover got destroyed. Not happy with this 5 dollars for shipping and they use a bubble mailer.
