    Received my laptop super quick. Not only did the item look superficially in better quality than the photos I saw on Ebay, it seem to have much less in the way of everyday use scratches than the photos implied…. Before the item arrived I had a few questions over the weekend about transferring to a new laptop and the installed operating system etc. and TakeTechShop answered all my questions very quickly whilst out of their normal business hours. Finally, it was real value for the money I paid.

    Item in excellent condition and v.carefully packed. Slight issue with listing technical details not being accurate. Helpful seller tried his best to resolve and sent a dock (which was appreciated but didn’t fix the issue unfortunately). Really tried to help and the item was literally like new so I kept it.     I didn't receive my item in the post and contacted seller who responded immediately and apologised as there has been a postal issue. Seller then posted out a SP5 instead if SP4 abd I received it few days later. Great service
