    The item was as described, its value good, packaged very well, lots of bubble wrap and in two boxes, providing alot of protection on its journey to me above. The postage reasonable, but of course I was hit for the vat plus a Royal Mail handling fee but still worked out much cheaper than buying in the UK. The order was processed very quickly and arrived sooner than I thought. The tracking provided was excellent, buying from my Australian neighbour was just so easy and I highly recommend them
