Item is not new as they claimed. Sent several images highlighting this but they claimed they could not see the photos and requested I sent a direct email which I did and they never responded. That is fraud, selling refunded item with scratches on it claiming its new. Please stay clear of this seller. The box was opened. My guess is someone returned an item and they sold it to me. That being dishonest

**AVOID** Really bad customer service, I have tried tried to contact seller loads of times, i have been ignored, trying to get a refund for 5 days now, they sent a dodgy, noisy laptop fan cooler with no speed dial as that was in the description pictures, not worth the money i paid. stay well clear of this seller. No satisfactory resolution, looks like ill have to get ebay to step in.
