I made the mistake of putting a wrong number for the date and asked the seller if anything could be done to rectify the problem, she was very abrupt with her answer telling me she could not replace it for free as it was too expensive! I didn’t ask for that!! A bit of sympathy would have been nice since I am still so upset of the passing of my dog after 14 years!! And the item is very poor quality for money! Very flimsy and cheap looking (although it wasn’t cheap!!) VERY DISAPPOINTING
