  The cup was broken when it arrived, a piece had broken off & shattered, all in the box. This item is described as stainless steel. I contacted the buyer to ask for a refund of £14.49 which is what I paid inc VAT (free postage) I have been offered just £5! I am disputing this with the seller & giving them a chance to rectify their offer but will report to EBay & higher if necessary on principle.

  Good seller,advice helpful. The only thing was delivery with yodel....poor to terrible... Arrived within a day at yodel, but over a week before it started to move for delivery also tracking ,no information as to where package was.... And no updates......as I said seller no issues with....just the delivery times

  Arrived damaged, flat,packaged in a bag! Wont reshape.Unwearable. Contacted seller ,back &forth as they only offered £1.50 refund,I refused. Then offered £3, again I refused. They finally agreed to full refund to which I'm still waiting for. I would not recommend.
