The sellers were really helpful and had done nothing wrong. They kept in touch during the whole thing. The bag is very well made and the price was excellent. Just as shown in the picture and better than I expected for the price. Two good pockets and a water bottle fits securely in the holder. Just what I hope for!

I contacted the buyer to ask for a refund of £14.49 which is what I paid inc VAT (free postage) I have been offered just £5! I am disputing this with the seller & giving them a chance to rectify their offer but will report to EBay & higher if necessary on principle.
