The item was received well packaged, and promptly. However, we were disappointed in the product itself. It was described as. Unisex, however, there was significant pink trim on them. In the photo when I looked at it, I was unable to see the pink, however, once the shoes arrived, it was unmistakable. The seller did offer to give us a refund with shipping at our expense, which I appreciated, however, we opted to give the shoes away to a friend of ours with a daughter. It was a poor description.
