On the day of expected delivery they gave me several time slots. Eventually, they contacted me at 9.30pm saying they could not deliver the item because they had had a hectic day and it was getting too late. And, could not guarantee that the item would be delivered the next day . It eventually arrived five days later. Needless to say that I was not impressed. But to reiterate 5* seller
