    I received this unit very quickly and was pleased about the quality. However there were no instruction in the box when I received it. I contacted the firm and they responded very quickly and apologized immediately and sent me a diagram to follow. But what impressed me was the way this company dealt with my concerned. I would give this company 5 Stars and an excellent review. They fell over backwards to appease my concern and would definitely used this company again. Well done to this company

    Product dispatched and delivered speedily BUT the package did not contain anything! The shoehorn must have broken out during transit. I contacted evri and they said they would be in touch the following Monday. They didn't! I also informed the seller who took responsibility to replace the item (even though they were not at fault) and this was correctly delivered. The shoehorn is exactly what I needed. Thank you your excellent service.
